Important information:
You need to register to the indico platform first and on the platform to the workshop additionally!

Registration

The registration includes the following:
  • Participation in all scientific sessions, featured session and poster session
  • All food and drinks during the day
  • Food and 1 drink at the welcome reception
  • Food and drinks at the conference dinner

Food requirements

Special food requirements such as vegeterian, vegan, gluten-free should be named in the registration form.

Child Care

We are offering child care during the day.
If you need child care, please specify in the registration form and we will come back to you with further information.

Conference Fee

Registration until 15.02.2024:      200 €
Registration after 15.02.2024:     250 €
Accompanying person (food during the day, welcome reception and dinner): 120 €
Accompanying child (food during the day, welcome reception and dinner): 60 €
